Mid-Day Chocolate Shake - Kids favorite!
Method:
In Nutribullet/blender combine the following ingredients and blend until a super creamy texture is formed
Ingredients:
2 bananas
½ avocado (The goal is to gradually increase to a whole avocado over time depending on your kid’s taste buds)
4 tbsp. cacao powder
2 cups nut milk ( ‘Forager’ cashew milk is my favorite one here )
2 tbsp. maple syrup
½ cup crushed iced

If a more watery texture is desired you can add ½ cup water into the mixture and blend again
