Cashew Cream of Alfredo Sauce

Cashew Cream of Alfredo Sauce


Place the following ingredients into the Nutribullet or a blender and blend until a smooth texture is formed. This is your sauce!

Heat a desired portion of the sauce in a large skillet over a medium flame. (Don't worry, you can always add more as you go if the cream feels a bit too thick). Once boiled, set to low flame and add the cooked pasta of your choice. Toss over low heat for about a minute.  Optional - add lemon zest and/or fresh lemon juice of ½ - 1 lemon while you toss everything together in the pan.

Serving Suggestion - Top with some olive oil and fresh herbs.


  • 2 cups soaked cashew

  • 4 cremini mushroom dark or white

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1-2 cups water (you can always add while sauté wing with pasta on the stove

  • Spices- oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper.

  • ***Optional - Lemon zest and/or juice of 1 lemon
