Rejuvenating Passover Pancakes



Place the following ingredients in a Nutribullet or a blender and blend until a smooth textured is formed. This is your batter!


3 organic pastured eggs

3 organic bananas

¼ flaxseed meal

¼ cup almond meal/flour

½ cup almond milk

3 tbsp. Hemp seed



1. To get the best result I like using a cleaner version of a non stick pan such as ScanPan or Green Pan.

2. Heat up your pan on a low flame approx. 5 minutes prior to use. This part is really important from a culinary perspective to achieve a fluffy, delicious texture! Now grease with some ghee or coconut oil and off to work!
