Rejuvenating Passover Pancakes
 

Method:

 

Place the following ingredients in a Nutribullet or a blender and blend until a smooth textured is formed. This is your batter!

 

3 organic pastured eggs

3 organic bananas

¼ flaxseed meal

¼ cup almond meal/flour

½ cup almond milk

3 tbsp. Hemp seed


 

Tips:


1. To get the best result I like using a cleaner version of a non stick pan such as ScanPan or Green Pan.

2. Heat up your pan on a low flame approx. 5 minutes prior to use. This part is really important from a culinary perspective to achieve a fluffy, delicious texture! Now grease with some ghee or coconut oil and off to work!

One Bowl 4 ingredients Nature Valley

Method:


 

  1. In a bowl mix 2 tbsp. flax meal with 12 tbsp. water and let sit for at least 4 mins.

  2. In the meantime, preheat oven at 370F..

  3. Now add the following ingredients into the you previously set aside and mix well:

      1/2 cup nut butter

      1/4 cup maple

       ⅓ cup grass fed ghee

       a pinch of salt

  1. Add your 2 cups oats into the mixture and mix thoroughly. This is your batter!

 

Flatten the batter against the cookie sheet, approx. a third of an inch thick and shape into small squares using a scraper, pizza slicer or a knife. Place in the oven for approx. 25 mins or until golden. Set aside and let cool until hardens. Enjoy!

 

Ingredients:

 

2 tbsp. Flax meal

½ cup almond butter

¼ cup maple syrup

⅓ cup grass fed ghee

Pinch salt

2 Mins Banana Muffins

Method:

 

In Nutribullet/blender combine the following ingredients and blend until a smooth texture is formed. *Optional; add ½ cup chocolate chips.

Place in muffin pan and bake at 370F for about 25 minutes or until golden. Let cool and enjoy

 

Ingredients:

 

4 tbsp. grass fed ghee / cold pressed coconut oil

4 bananas

4 eggs

1 ½ cup oats

2 tbsp. Maple syrup

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp. non aluminum baking soda

2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

Optional: ½ cup chocolate chips

Carrot Muffins

Method:

 

In NutriBullet combine the following ingredients and blend until a smooth textures is formed.

Place in the oven at 370F for about 20-25 mins until golden and ready!❤️

 

Ingredients:

2 carrots cut into big pieces

1 1/2  cup spelt flour

3 pasture eggs

1 cup almond milk

4 tbsp. organic honey

4 tbsp. ghee

4 tbsp. almond butter

3 tbsp. coconut sugar

1 tsp. Vanilla extract

1 tbsp. non-aluminum baking soda

2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

*For a clean gluten free option you can use Millet or Amaranth flour 

Millet Chocolate Chip Cookies

In a bowl combine the following ingredients, shape each cookie into a ping pong size ball and press down against the pan. Bake at 350F for about 30-40mins or until golden. Let cool and enjoy

 

2.5 cup almond flour

1 cup millet flour

2 mashed banana

½-¾ cup maple

½ cup coconut oil

Mid-Day Chocolate Shake - Kids favorite!

Method:

 

In Nutribullet/blender combine the following ingredients and blend until a super creamy texture is formed

 

Ingredients:

 

2 bananas

½ avocado (The goal is to gradually increase to a whole avocado over time depending on your kid’s taste buds)

4 tbsp. cacao powder

2 cups nut milk ( ‘Forager’ cashew milk is my favorite one here )

2 tbsp. maple syrup

½ cup crushed iced

 

  • If a more watery texture is desired you can add ½ cup water into the mixture and blend again

Classic Morning Pancakes

Method:

 

In Nutribullet/blender combine the following ingredients and blend until a super creamy texture is formed

 

Ingredients:

 

3 bananas

3 organic pastured eggs

½ cup rolled oats

*Optional; 1 tsp. vanilla extract
